About registration

A registration fee is required for each participant. Standard registration includes access to all summer school sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the social program.

  • Early registration fee (before 15th of May, 2026): 250 EUR
  • Late registration fee (after 15th of May, 2026): 300 EUR

The payment of the registration fee should be made by Bank Transfer (It is essential to send us by email the bank transfer and Swift copy).

All additional charges and fees associated with the bank transfer have to be covered by the payer. A VAT invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form within 14 business days of payment confirmation.

Participation of researchers from Russia:

As a consequence of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, organizers of SFLA 2026 exclude any cooperation with Russian scientific institutions. We will not accept any registrations and submissions from researchers affiliated with such institutions. 

Participation of researchers from outside the EU:

The SFLA 2026 organizers do not provide any assistance to those wishing to participate in the summer school in obtaining visas or other formalities related to entering the EU. Therefore, please ensure you obtain the appropriate entry permits before paying, as no refunds will be issued.
